BOARD CERTIFIED MINDSET COACH WITH A MISSION;

Empowering you to break through your

MINDSET LIMITATIONS

My story starts at this very familiar place, somewhere we’ve all been before..

The breaking point of “enough”. Enough living small. Enough feeling less purposeful. Enough distractions. Just enough.

I started my own growth journey in my late 20’s. I was reaching the point in life where marriage and children were becoming part of my prayers. But I couldn’t shake the fear of, “How can I teach my children to be “better”, if I can’t figure it out? How could I possibly teach my children patience, focus, confidence, determination, faith, delayed gratification, emotional intelligence and consistency towards goals, If I couldn’t figure it out?”.

I had “enough”. Enough of feeling like I wasn’t getting life right. Enough of having, “more than enough”, but lacking the purpose or direction and confidence to use my talents properly. I was tired of blaming my generational and environmental teachings for constantly feeling frustrated, but with no one other than myself.

I decided I had two options. One, Evolve. Two, Repeat.

I chose to Evolve.

I became an active participant in my faith, finding a new form of guidance. I pressed into the belief that I was capable of the life I had imagined. But most importantly, I did the work. I made a plan, I allowed myself to pivot when needed, and I continued forward to pursue the lifestyle that I had been dreaming of.

Within the first two years of my journey I was able to: Join a church, purchase my first property, complete 75Hard, purchase a new vehicle, train and complete: one marathon, two half marathons, sprint triathlon. I enrolled in college full time, completed my certification, dreamt of Renewed Perspective, met my now fiancé…and so much more than I could have ever imagined.

And although I am very grateful and proud of my accomplishment and progress. I am most thankful for the peace, unshakable faith, and the ability to share the strategies I have learned and applied to my own life.

Not only for myself, but for generations to come.
